Your wellbeing is an overall balance between many different aspects of life. The various elements often overlap and don’t work in isolation. Home and work blend into each other. Family, friends, health and good/bad habits – it’s all interlinked. The good news is that much of this is within your control to improve.
You may like to use the model of wellness below to start your reflections. If you were to rate yourself 1-10 (with 1 being low and 10 high) where would you place yourself against each area? Does one area need some attention, do you feel immensely positive about one section and know you are thriving in this area?
The end of a year often prompts reflection and setting new goals. How can you be successful with your goals in the long term and not just for the first two weeks of January? It helps to develop insight into where you are now, how you can set realistic expectations, identify habits that can easily fit into your life and take time to acknowledging the good stuff.
